Starting with version 3.1 Beta 1, H-Sphere allows users to add as many extra packages
as they want. By purchasing an extra pack user gains ability to add some resources
for free because extra pack increases free units for a resource.
To buy Extra Pack:
- Go to Billing - > Add New Extra Package:
The page will list all extra packages
created by admin in his CP,
their prices, included and maximum allowed resources.
- Choose the Extra Pack that meets your requirements and click Add
- Go to to Billing - > Online Price to see how this Extra Pack affects free/max.
You will be billed for Extra Pack as for a common resource included into Plan Wizard.
Users can unassign extra packs from its account by deleting it. But deleting extra
if extra pack doesn't cause overusage of resources. For example:
- User has 5 free mailboxes according to his plan
- He purchases an extra pack with 5 free and 5 max mailboxes
- So, he has 10 free and 5 max mailboxes in total
- Client adds 7 mailboxes which overrides the Max value
After this client wants to unassign extra package,
such action will not be allowed because this will lead to the situation
when max amount of mailboxes will be overridden
